Knysna 550

The Knysna 550 is a 16.83-metre cruising catamaran built in South Africa and developed with VDS Marine Design. Its protected raised helm, generous tankage and customisable accommodation are intended for extended offshore cruising.

The reference layout on this page has three double cabins with ensuite bathrooms, providing six berths. A four-cabin, four-bathroom layout is also available. The 550SL Sky Lounge adds an upper lounge; the 550SE Solar Explorer leaves more roof space for solar panels and cruising equipment. Interior finishes and systems are specified with the yard.
