Vaan R4

The Vaan R4 is a 12.80-metre aluminium sailing catamaran with twin electric saildrives. Its aft helm positions, open transom and cockpit on the same level as the saloon keep the crew close to the water and the living spaces.

The three-cabin concept separates the owner and guest hulls. Guest accommodation can use twin beds that convert to a double, with forward options including bunks, a shaped double berth, a desk or an additional bathroom. The saloon and cockpit each offer a dining area. Three spoiler lengths and a removable bimini allow different amounts of cockpit shade.

Charging can use shore power, solar and compatible hydrogeneration systems; a generator is optional. Electric range depends on the chosen battery and propulsion package, speed and conditions.
